最近朋友圈刷屏的“新零售”到底是啥？2017年2月20日，阿里巴巴集團(tuán)和百聯(lián)集團(tuán)在上海宣布達(dá)成戰(zhàn)略合作。

New Retail is a term that roughly indicates a combination of the best in physical and online retail. In the words of Jack Ma, founder and chairman of e-commerce behemoth Alibaba Group Holdings Ltd, New Retail is making the distinction between physical and virtual commerce obsolete.

    新零售的意思就是將實(shí)體店零售和網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售的優(yōu)勢(shì)結(jié)合起來。用阿里巴巴創(chuàng)始人兼主席馬云的話說，新零售就是讓實(shí)體商業(yè)和虛擬商業(yè)的差別不復(fù)存在。

A latest example is a strategic partnership announced in February between Alibaba and Bailian Group Co Ltd, a retail conglomerate headquartered in Shanghai. Under the deal, the duo would leverage their troves of consumer data in order to integrate offline stores, merchandise, logistics and payment tools to deliver a better overall shopping experience.

    新零售方式最近的一個(gè)例子就是今年2月阿里巴巴和總部在上海的大型零售企業(yè)百聯(lián)集團(tuán)宣布建立戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系。按照合作協(xié)議，雙方將利用消費(fèi)者數(shù)據(jù)資源將線下門店、商品、物流以及支付工具整合起來，提供更好的整體消費(fèi)體驗(yàn)。

    所謂的“新零售”（New Retail）其實(shí)就是線上線下的融合（online and offline integration）。阿里巴巴集團(tuán)CEO張勇認(rèn)為新零售是商業(yè)重構(gòu)（business restructuring）：利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和大數(shù)據(jù)，將“人、貨、場(chǎng)（場(chǎng)景）”等傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)要素進(jìn)行重構(gòu)的過程，包括重構(gòu)生產(chǎn)流程（production process）、重構(gòu)商家與消費(fèi)者的關(guān)系（rebuild relationship between business and consumers）、重構(gòu)消費(fèi)體驗(yàn)（shopping experience）等。

    在阿里和百聯(lián)的合作中，雙方全力打造融合了線上線下購物體驗(yàn)的實(shí)體門店，通過地理定位（geo-location）、面部識(shí)別（facial recognition）和以大數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容為支撐的客戶管理系統(tǒng)（big data-driven customer management systems），更好為顧客提供服務(wù)。同時(shí)，雙方的支付系統(tǒng)也將整合提升，百聯(lián)的門店都可接受支付寶付款，而百聯(lián)的客戶預(yù)付費(fèi)卡也可與支付寶賬戶綁定，可直接用于消費(fèi)。
